| Many teenage employees instinctively know how to deal with people and business issues. Others have not learned these life skills at home or at school. They can be shy, insecure, self-concious and have trouble with people business issues. |
| As their employer and/or manager, you are their teacher and mentor. With the right information you have the power to make an incredible difference in your Teenage Employee's life and that of your business. |
| Interviewing The Teenage Employee | |
| Giving meaningful and effective explanations and examples | |
| Composing job descriptions to keep your employees productive | |
| Setting standards for etiquette and grooming | |
| Talking to your teenage employee about current issues such as sexual harassment, customer relations and positive language. | |
| Empowering them with the tools and information they need to help your business provide the ultimate product: Outstanding Service. | |
| This workshop's agenda includes a team session where in groups, you will work out solutions to real life events. In addition you will reflect on and use some of your own experiences as a working teenager, both good and bad, in order to evaluate your interactions with your own teenage employees. |
